By placing an online order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions of Service.
How to order
Using the on-line shop has been designed to be very simple. You may, at any time, change the details of your order until such times are you are requested to enter your payment details. If you would like to change your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If you cancel before the order has been dispatched then there will be no charge to you. If, however, your order has already been dispatched then you will be liable for the cost of returning the items to us.
After placing an order you will receive an order acknowledgement by e-mail. This only indicates that we have received your order; it does not form a contract between you and ourselves. A contract is only made between us when you receive confirmation that your items have been dispatched and your card debited/cheque banked. This clause is included to protect us if mistakes have been made in pricing and/or product description, or in a situation where we are unable to supply particular products for some reason.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
European Union 7-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers in the EU are legally entitled to cancel their order within 7
(seven) working days of the date the item was delivered. Call or e-mail
us to explain (as above) and return the item(s) to us with a note
giving the reason for return and we'll refund you the cost of the item
and its original postage charge.
Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We will of course offer to continue to process your order at the adjusted price.
